I adopted the mantle of creative director when I was young and brash. I had just started my own firm, hired a team, rented a downtown two story and had the clients. I then busted my _____ to earn it. It definitely was lessons learned “the hard way”. I carried that knowledge into the years that followed tackling nearly every kind of multichannel campaign, with multinational brands and diverse teams that came my way.
I love the creative challenge, but even more I love the teams, the collaboration and the fun of the knowledge we succeeded together for ourselves, our company and end user.
